After breakfast, embark on a full-day City and Temple Tour of Bangkok.
Visit Wat Pho, also known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, located near the Grand Palace and one of the oldest and largest temples in Bangkok. The temple houses a massive gilded statue of a reclining Buddha measuring 46 metres (150 feet) in length and 15 metres (49 feet) in height, with intricate mother-of-pearl inlays on the feet representing 108 auspicious symbols. Wat Pho is also home to one of Thailand's oldest and most respected traditional Thai massage schools.
Next, visit Wat Traimit, the Temple of the Golden Buddha, located in Bangkok's Chinatown. It houses the world's largest solid gold Buddha statue, weighing five and a half tonnes and estimated to be over 700 years old. The statue was covered in plaster to protect it during wartime and was rediscovered in the 1950s when it was accidentally dropped, cracking the plaster to reveal the golden statue beneath.
In the evening, enjoy a spectacular 2-hour dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River, serenaded by a live band performing timeless pop hits while you dine on a buffet dinner. Sail past Bangkok's most iconic landmarks, including the Taksin Bridge, Memorial Bridge, Wat Kanlayanamitr, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, and Rama VIII Bridge.
