After breakfast at the hotel, begin your guided sightseeing tour of Yerevan, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Explore the city's major landmarks and experience the blend of its ancient heritage and modern character. Visit Republic Square, the heart of Yerevan, and continue towards the Cascade Complex, a famous architectural landmark offering impressive views of the city and Mount Ararat on clear days. Drive through the central avenues and see other notable sights of the capital while learning about Armenia's rich history and culture.
Later, visit the renowned ARARAT Armenian Brandy Factory, where you can learn about the traditional production of Armenian brandy and its long-standing heritage. Continue to the village of Garni, home to the famous Temple of Garni, the only surviving Greco-Roman-style pagan temple in Armenia. Continue to the spectacular Symphony of Stones, a natural rock formation in the Garni Gorge consisting of towering basalt columns arranged in a striking pattern resembling the pipes of a musical organ. Take time to admire the dramatic landscape and capture photographs.
Later, proceed to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site partially carved into the surrounding cliffs and renowned for its unique medieval architecture and spiritual significance. After completing the sightseeing, return to Yerevan. Evening is free at leisure to relax or explore the city independently. Overnight stay in Yerevan.
