MIAN - VENICE - PADOVA

Check out & drive to Venice City known for its beautiful Canals, Stunning Architecture, Rich Cultural History, built on more than 100 small islands in lagoon in Adriatic Sea, connected by network of Bridges and Canals.Â
Board Vaporetto to Venice Island passing by Canals admire stunning Architecture of Buildings, Bridges, Churches. Upon arrival walk through Venice City to explore St. Mark's Square also known as Piazza San Marco is largest and most famous Public Square in Venice named after St. Mark's Basilica, which is located at one end of the square. Most striking feature of Square is Basilica of San Marco a magnificent Cathedral with five domes and intricate Byzantine-style mosaics. Cathedral was built to house relics of St. Mark, which were brought to Venice from Alexandria. Also visit Doge's Palace stunning Gothic-style Palace that served as Residence of Doge of Venice and seat of Venetian Government. The palace is now museum that houses rich collection of art and artifacts. Campanile - Bell Tower that stands at edge of square is another notable landmark. The tower was used as lookout post for fires and other emergencies can climb to top for panoramic views of Venice and surrounding Islands. Vatican also has its own unique Flag, Anthem, and Postal Service. Visit Vatican Museum home to some of most iconic works of art including Michelangelo's frescoes in Sistine Chapel. The most famous of these frescoes is ceiling, which features scenes from Book of Genesis including famous "Creation of Adam" panel. Raphael Rooms are another important section of Vatican Museum featuring series of painted by famous Italian Renaissance artist, Raphael. Visit St. Peter's Basilica one of most famous and largest churches in world, is considered one of holiest Catholic Shrines. Basilica is built over tomb of Saint Peter, one of twelve apostles of Jesus and is burial site of many popes throughout history. Proceed to Naples - Capital of Campania region and third-largest city in Italy after Rome and Milan. The iconic Mount Vesuvius an active Volcano, is located nearby and offers stunning views. Other notable attractions include historic Royal Palace of Naples, Naples National Archaeological Museum, Castel dell'Ovo, and Underground Naples, which showcases city's ancient underground tunnels. Naples serves as a gateway to picturesque Amalfi Coast, with its stunning coastal towns like Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. The ancient ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum, which were buried by eruption of Mount Vesuvius are also easily accessible from Naples. Board Ferry or Hydrofoil from Naples to reach Capri Island which is characterized by rugged Cliffs, Crystal-clear Turquoise Waters, Hidden Caves and lush Vegetation.
