1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Anjali Tours and Travels.
- Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any tour or travel arrangement.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

- 46 – 60 Days Before Departure: 55% of the total amount.
- 31 – 45 Days Before Departure: 65% of the total amount.
- 16 – 30 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total amount.
- 6 – 15 Days Before Departure: 85% of the total amount.
- 0 – 5 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [number of days] working days after receiving the cancellation notice.
3. Travel Documents
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits.
- Anjali Tours and Travels will not be liable for any issues arising from improper documentation.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- Anjali Tours and Travels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political instability, or other factors beyond our control.
- Clients will be informed of any changes in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made if necessary.
5. Liability
- Anjali Tours and Travels shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the tour.
- We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations made by third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, or transport services.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability.
7. Special Requests
- Any special requests (such as dietary needs or room preferences) must be communicated to Anjali Tours and Travels at the time of booking.
- We will do our best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee them.
8. Complaints
- If you have any complaints during your trip, please inform your guide or the tour operator immediately.
- Complaints must be lodged within [number of days] days of the trip completion to be considered.
