Later pass by Harbour Tunnel that goes under Victoria Harbour connecting Hong Kong Island and Kowloon to visit Sky Terrace. Sky Terrace is an Observation Deck located on 100th floor of International Commerce Centre (ICC) Building. It offers a stunning 360-degree view of the City Skyline, Victoria Harbour.
